We are pleased to invite you to participate in a practical event, aimed at the student audience and businesses, within the project “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”. The project was financed by the Scientific Research Fund, Ministry of Education and Science BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022, competition for fundamental scientific research 2022. Contract No. KP-06 PN 65/34. Project duration: December 2022 – December 2025.
The aim of the workshop is to stimulate the creativity of students and doctoral students and to promote their innovative and managerial thinking. They will work on core human resource management topics such as personnel planning, analysis and design, recruitment and selection, training, motivation and engagement. The teams will exchange knowledge and ideas in the field of human resource management with educators and representatives from practice.

WHERE: Coworking Space on floor H – 4 in the academic building of the University of Economics – Varna
PARTICIPANTS: students from all courses and programs
WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS:
- Students and doctoral students are divided into teams of 5 or 6 people. Each of the teams, on a lottery basis, chooses its mentor.
- The case on which the teams of students and doctoral students and a mentor will work are based on specific situations from practice.
- Each team has 60 minutes to work on the case study and formulate the answers to the questions.
- Within the time set by the jury, the teams will present the solution to their case. All team members or a representative chosen by them can participate in the presentation. The jury has the right to ask clarifying questions.
- After completion of the presentation, the competent jury evaluates the teams according to pre-announced criteria.
