On April 11, 2024, in room 116 of the University of Economics – Varna, at 12:00 p.m., a round table will be held on the topic “Innovative Approaches to Human Resources Management: Examples from Practice”. The event is hybrid, and online participants can join the virtual room at the following link: https://meet.google.com/pfg-vdxo-bsg. The event will discuss good practices related to people management in organizations and academia. Participants will have the opportunity to share practical experience and publish their research results in a good practice guide. It will be published with an ISBN and indexed in Google Scholar and RePEc.
Requirements for authors:
Report length: no more than 5 pages (A4), including figures, graphs, tables and references.
Size of the white margins on the page in centimeters: 2.5 cm for all sides of the sheet.
Pages should not be numbered and should not have footnotes.
Reports must be written in .doc or .docx format (MS Office Word 97-2003 or higher).
The report file must bear the name of its author (Example: first_name.doc).

There is no fee to participate in the round table.
