Round Table

On April 11, 2024, in room 116 of the University of Economics – Varna, at 12:00 p.m., a round table will be held on the topic “Innovative Approaches to Human Resources Management: Examples from Practice”. The event will discuss good practices related to people management in organizations and academia. Participants will have the opportunity to share practical experience and publish their research results in a good practice guide. It will be published with an ISBN and indexed in Google Scholar and RePEc.

Requirements for authors:
Report length: no more than 5 pages (A4), including figures, graphs, tables and references.
Size of the white margins on the page in centimeters: 2.5 cm for all sides of the sheet.
Pages should not be numbered and should not have footnotes.
Reports must be written in .doc or .docx format (MS Office Word 97-2003 or higher).
The report file must bear the name of its author (Example: first_name.doc).

Representatives of academia, business, NGOs, students and doctoral students are invited to participate.

There is no fee to participate in the round table.
It takes place within the project BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022 “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resources management”, financed by the “Scientific Research” Fund, as part of the project’s planned promotion activities of scientific results.
