Participation in International LCAMP Week & Open Days 2026, Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain

In the period 21–23 April 2026, Chief Assist. Prof. Velina Koleva, PhD – a member of the team of project BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022 “The Impact of Digitalisation on Innovative Approaches in Human Resource Management”, funded by the National Science Fund – participated in the international conference “International LCAMP Week & Open Days 2026”, held in Vitoria-Gasteiz, the capital of the Basque Autonomous Community in Spain. The event was organised within the framework of the LCAMP – CoVE in Advanced Manufacturing project, co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, and brought together representatives of educational institutions, business, research communities and vocational education from various European countries.

Seminars

In the period 15-17 April 2026, Chief Assist. Prof. Radka Nacheva, PhD – member of the team of the project BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022 “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”, funded by the Bulgarian Scientific Research Fund, as part of the planned activities of the project, held a series of seminars with the participation of students, PhD students and lecturers from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of the Balearic Islands. She also presented the scientific results of the project and initiated joint scientific activities with the host institution, including participation in joint scientific projects and publications in the field of human-computer interaction.

Final conference

On March 18, 2026, at 13:30 a.m. in the “Momentum” hall of the University of Economics – Varna, a final conference will be held under the project BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022 “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”, funded by the Scientific Research Fund, as part of the activities planned under the project to popularize scientific results.

THE PROJECT TEAM “IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT” TOOK PART IN THE ANNIVERSARY KNOW.HOW CONFERENCE OF THE BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

On October 29, 2025, representatives of the team of the research project No. KP-06-N-65/4 “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”, funded by the Bulgarian Scientific Research Fund, took an active part in the anniversary edition of the leading HR forum KNOW.HOW, organized by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAHP). The event brought together leading experts, academics, and business representatives, who discussed the role of organizational culture, digital tools, and innovations in building sustainable and adaptive HR strategies.

On April 11, 2024, in room 116 of the University of Economics – Varna, a round table was held on the topic “Innovative approaches in human resources management: Examples from practice”. Workshop for students and PhD students from all programs

We are pleased to invite you to participate in a practical event, aimed at the student audience and businesses, within the project “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”. Workshop for students and PhD students from all programs

On September 29, 2023, a workshop was held for students and PhD students within the project “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resources management”. The project was financed by the Scientific Research Fund, Ministry of Education and Science BG-175467353-2022-04/12-12-2022, competition for fundamental scientific research 2022. Contract No. KP-06 PN 65/4. The aim of the event was to stimulate students’ creativity and encourage their innovative and managerial thinking, to exchange knowledge and ideas in the field of human resources management between teachers, students and representatives from practice, as well as to create an opportunity for career development of young people.
