Working meeting

On June 19, 2025, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katya Antonova and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavlina Ivanova participated in the spring event of the Bulgarian Human Resource Management Association, titled “HR Updates 2025: HumanAIsing work,” which took place at Capital Fort in Sofia. The event focused on issues related to the role of artificial intelligence in companies, how technology supports HR functions, and what digital transformations and legal challenges lie ahead.

Working meeting

On June 3, 2025, during a visit by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katya Antonova and Asst. Prof. Dr. Pavlina Ivanova to the Uniwersytet Szczeciński in Szczecin, Poland, the project “The Impact of Digitalization on Innovative Approaches in Human Resource Management” was presented, which is funded by the National Science Fund. During the working meetings, opportunities for collaborative research and organizing project activities with colleagues from the Uniwersytet Szczeciński were discussed.

Working meeting

On May 22, 2025, a working meeting was held within the project “Impact of Digitalization on Innovative Approaches in HRM” with Prof. Dr. Biljana Djordjevic – Dean of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Niš. Topics related to the career development of students in economics and management, as well as opportunities for scientific cooperation between the two universities, were discussed.

On May 15, 2025, a working meeting of representatives of the project team “Impact of Digitalization on Innovative Approaches in HRM” was held with Dr. Jovica Stanković from the University of Niš. The practices applied in people management in various companies, as well as opportunities for scientific cooperation between the two universities, were discussed.

On April 24, 2023, a meeting was held on the project “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management” between the project manager, Assoc. Prof. Katya Antonova, PhD (UE-Varna) and Prof. Miroslava Peycheva, PhD ( UNWE) – head of Work Package 1. Theoretical-methodological issues in the study of digitization and its impact on human resource management approaches.
