Status: Approved on 30.04.2026 by decision of the Academic Council of the University of Economics – Varna in the organizational structure of the Research Institute at the University of Economics – Varna
Main tasks of the center, established within the framework of the project to:
- Conduct scientific research;
- Prepare expert opinions and studies for the needs of the university, business and public administration;
- Provide consulting services using modern tools and methods;
- Organize scientific forums;
- Build research and partnership networks with business;
- Create scientific structures from the country and abroad for the implementation of projects in the field of HRM.
