Anniversary KNOW.HOW conference

    THE PROJECT TEAM “IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON INNOVATIVE APPROACHES IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT” TOOK PART IN THE ANNIVERSARY KNOW.HOW CONFERENCE OF THE BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION FOR PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

    On October 29, 2025, representatives of the team of the research project No. KP-06-N-65/4 “Impact of digitalization on innovative approaches in human resource management”, funded by the Bulgarian Scientific Research Fund, took an active part in the anniversary edition of the leading HR forum KNOW.HOW, organized by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAHP). The event brought together leading experts, academics, and business representatives, who discussed the role of organizational culture, digital tools, and innovations in building sustainable and adaptive HR strategies.

    Within the conference, the CEO CORNER: From Learning to Earning panel attracted particular attention, where an interactive blitz interview was held, moderated by an AI avatar Eva – a demonstration of the application of artificial intelligence in business communication and education.

    The topic of the conversation – “What does the future of the young generation look like through the eyes of business and education leaders?” – aroused lively interest among the participants. Among the main guests on the panel was Prof.Evgeni Stanimirov, PhD – Rector of the University of Economics – Varna, who shared his vision for the synergy between universities and employers in the preparation of future professionals. He emphasized that the future of the young generation will depend on how well education manages to integrate digitalization and practical knowledge. Universities and businesses should act as partners, not as separate worlds.

    The AI ​​avatar Eva, developed as part of a demonstration of innovative HR technologies, led an interesting dialogue, drawing attention to the real challenges of the labor market and the need for more flexible educational models.

    The participation of the project manager – Assoc. Prof. Katya Antonova, PhD, and the representatives of the scientific team – Chief Assist. Prof. Pavlina Ivanova, PhD, Chief Assist. Prof. Velina Koleva, PhD, and Chief Assist. Prof. Radka Nacheva, PhD, contributed to the exchange of ideas and good practices related to digitalization in human resources management, one of the main topics of scientific research. Experience in the application of AI technologies in business and education was also exchanged with specialists from IT companies.
